The shining light
Aunt Mare
Here is the quote that got lost when someone ooohoohed your blog
I love you and you are a shining light. You have never been afraid to be who you are and that has always given the people around you the freedom to shine.
This is only a bump in the road and this too will become a thing of your past.
When I am suffering I always ask myself "what would Martha do?" Martha Stewart being my idol. And Martha would buck up and stand tall in the face of adversity. And I know you are WAAY cooler than Martha. And I know you are gonna be aokay. The light that surrounds you-surrounds us all too. Always know even when you feel bad-that you are lucky , because you are soo deeply loved and the love you have and share with everyone around you has made you a very wealthy girl
I imagine Mr Mandela and what he faced, trying to free a whole nation, even when in prison and realize that change begins with one.
I love you and cherish you very much-DES
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkeness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us. It isn't just some of us, it is everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." - Marianne Williamson
