Hi From Mary
Goodmorning all,
I slept like a baby. It was wierd at first when Dennis turned off the light, I kind a freaked out. It was so dark. I was used to hospital noise & light so D. turned on a night light for me. It was the first time Dennis got to sleep in bed with in three months! I take that back, he did lay in bed and hold me all night when I was still in the hospital here in Toledo but that has been a long time. Anyway, it was very comforting to have him next to me.
Christine had dinner ready for us and I ate like a wild women. Gramma Rose made me an apple pie and Ray picked it up, so I had a wonderful meal.
I forgot to mention about my lungs. After I had the fluid remove and chest tube, my lung oxygen capacity is now averaging around 96% which is amazing. It is so great to be able to breathe. It is a big reason I am progressing so well with my treatments.
I feel really good today. Chemo has been tolerable so far. Today will tell, it is usually the third day that it gets me if it is going to. I am in my living room all set up on the sofa with a tv and my lap top. I am hooked up.
Thank you all once again for your concern. I do truly love you for that.
God Bless
Mary
