July 5th

Jim and I are so sorry to hear that Mary has lost her battle with Cancer.  But we are happy that she is no longer in pain.  This horrible disease is a monster I hope we all live to see conquered.

It was just a half a year ago that we all joined to say goodbye to Lupe, Mary's mother.  I hope that Mary's family will have a similar gathering.  Jim and I can not go to the memorial services that Angel set up for Saturday, July 15th.  We hope that Gloria and Christine will have some sort of family and friends gathering.  Jim and I would love to bring a dish to pass and be with the people Mary loved so much.  And of course comfort Mary's son Jon...  We feel just terrible.  I know Mary would have liked for us to get together and share our memories and love for her.  And there is nothing like a "dish-to-pass" gathering.  Mary loved casual gatherings with table full of family, friends and food!

Gloria and Christine:  You know how to reach us.  Let us know what we can do.  Dennis doesn't need to worry about arrangements.  This is the time for love and remembrance.

Love,
Scott & Jim
